Celebrating 125 Years at Karow Farms – Join Us for Eau Claire County Breakfast on the Farm
We’re proud to support the 2026 Eau Claire County Breakfast on the Farm, hosted this year at Karow Farms—owned by the family of our Chief Credit Officer, Katie Karow.
This annual event is a celebration of agriculture and community, offering a unique opportunity for families to experience life on a working farm.
Guests will enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring:
- Pancakes with maple syrup
- Sausage, cheese curds, and dairy products
- Culver’s custard
- Coffee, milk, and orange juice
In addition to breakfast, the event includes:
- Guided farm tours
- Interactive educational booths
- Kids activities like face painting, bounce house, and scavenger hunt

Celebrating June Dairy Month in Our Community
June is Dairy Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the farmers who work tirelessly to provide the dairy products that play an important role in our daily lives. From early mornings to long days, our local dairy farmers are dedicated to caring for their animals and producing quality products for our community.
At Unity Bank we’re proud to support local agriculture and the people behind it. Dairy farming isn’t just a profession, it’s a commitment to stewardship, sustainability, and community.
To celebrate, we’re inviting our customers to join us every Friday in June for a special dairy treat, available in our lobby. It’s a small way for us to say thank you to our farmers and to everyone who chooses to support local.

Jeans for a Cause
Making a Difference, One Pair at a Time.
At Unity Bank, we believe in blending comfort with compassion through our Jeans for a Cause program. This initiative allows our bankers to contribute to meaningful causes while enjoying a more relaxed dress code. Here’s how it works:
Wear Jeans, Make a Difference
Employees who choose to wear jeans during the week donate $2 per day or $5 per week to the “Jeans Fund.”
Quarterly Charity Designation
Each branch selects a local charity each quarter to receive the funds collected from their branch’s “Jeans Fund.”
Matching Donations
Unity Bank matches employee and community donations up to $600 per quarter per branch, doubling the impact of every contribution.
Community Involvement
Community members are also encouraged to contribute to the “Jeans Fund” via a donation box securely located behind the teller line.
In 2023, Unity Bankers raised $7,415.35 towards the jeans fund which was then 100% matched for a total of $14,830.70.
