How it works

• You will now receive a text alert whenever a suspicious debit card transaction is detected *
• You can simply text back to confirm the transaction
• If you text back that the transaction is fraud, you will receive another message with a phone number to call giving you further instructions
• If you do not reply back to the text to confirm the transaction, for your security, the transaction will be blocked and your debit card deactivated until you speak to a Unity Banker
• The text messages will always come from the short code 37268 and will reference “Unity Bank”
• You can choose to opt out of this security feature by texting back “STOP”
• If you have opted out, but want to reactivate fraud text alerts, you simply need to text “Undo” to short code 37268

You can also help minimize Debit Card Fraud risk with the Mobile Banking App

• Download the Unity Bank Mobile Banking app from the iPhone App Store or the Android Play Store
• Within the app, you can turn your card off if you misplace it and if you later find it, you simply can turn it back on
• You can set spending limits, set transaction types, as well as select different merchant categories
• It allows you to set alert preferences so you will be notified whenever a transaction is made using your Unity Bank debit card
• Recent debit card transactions can also be viewed
